How coupon codes are verified
A code is only ever described as working after a manual checkout test, completed without placing an order:

A code that fails any step is listed as expired. We never publish “untested but might work” codes, invented percentages, fake countdown timers or fabricated redemption counts.
Fact-checking and sources
Product facts follow a strict source hierarchy: ConnectedYou’s legal terms and refund policy first, then its Help Centre, then live product pages. When two official pages disagree — as they currently do on eSIM validity — we state the conflict and follow the stricter legal wording. Competitor claims on the alternatives page come from each provider’s own official pages.
How often pages are rechecked
- Coupon and pricing pages: rechecked at least every two weeks, and immediately if a reader reports a failure.
- Review, setup, device and support guides: rechecked monthly or before peak travel seasons.
- Every page displays its own “facts checked” or “coupon verified” date, and the Article structured data carries a matching
dateModified.
Affiliate disclosure
This site uses ConnectedYou partner links marked rel="sponsored nofollow". When a reader buys through one of them, the site may earn a commission at no extra cost to the buyer. A plain-language disclosure appears before the first commercial call to action on every commercial page. Commission never determines a verdict, a rating or the decision to recommend a competitor instead.
Corrections policy
If an error is found — an expired code still shown as active, an outdated price, a wrong policy detail — email [email protected]. Confirmed factual errors are corrected as soon as practical, the page’s checked date is refreshed and material corrections are noted on the affected page.
What this site never does
- Invent coupon codes or discount percentages.
- Claim to be ConnectedYou’s official website.
- Use fake urgency: countdowns, stock warnings or made-up redemption numbers.
- Publish “verified” without a dated checkout test.
- Copy competitor or merchant text.
